  • The "Looking For The Next New Thing" person - If you want to chase shiny objects, fads and the next "magic" bullet, FSP is not a good fit for you. Our programs are results driven, science based and delivered in a systematic way.  If you follow the plan, use all the tools provided and do so consistently, our formula works because science produces predictable results.  It's as simple as that.
  • The "I just want to do it myself" person - If you just want to  listen to a coach yelling into a mic to a room full of people, FSP is not a good fit for you. We work with you at each and every single visit, coaching you up  and cuing you on exactly how to do things and make sure you're doing them in the safest and most effective manner. 
  •   The person that "just wants to join a gym." - Our goal here at FSP is to become your "3rd Place", your Tribe. If you just want to join a regular group program, be warned, we're nothing like that.
  • The person that values quantity over quality  - At FSP we  believe in purposeful training over exercising for the sake of  just sweating and program our small group sessions in the same manner as we program our semi private and private sessions.
